Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be provided warm leads from the business to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls with our existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

  • General Level 1 Insurance License required, we will provide training and licensing support for the right candidate

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent: 37.5 hours / week
