The Large Format Graphics Installer is an important member of our team, and often a key on-site contact for our clients. We want your artistic side to shine through, so a keen eye for detail is required. While we can make the print look beautiful, it is often the installation of that print that can make or break the project.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation (ensure accuracy of measurements, etc.).
• Communicate with clients before, during and after the installation (walk them through the process, timeframes, etc.) and present a professional demeanor.
• Install graphics to flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings.
• Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps).
• Cut and shape the graphics to fit each surface, heat and apply graphics, disassemble, and reassemble products during application using proper adherence and cutting techniques.
• Perform all necessary work to complete the installation; take photos of the work when completed.
• Work is both indoors and outdoors and requires everything from physical labor to detailed, artistic work.

Other Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Team in building and completing sign & graphics orders when there are no installations to complete.
• Help keep our studio tidy and organized to create a tour-ready environment for visitors.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large format sign & graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, Geek Wraps), vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps.
• Experience in Vinyl Production – taping, weeding, masking.
• Great attitude, highly motivated, problem-solver at heart.
• Ability to operate a bucket truck to complete installations at up to 35 feet high.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and swing a 3 lb hammer.
