As an Inside Sales Representative based in Sarnia, ON, you will quote new jobs out for tender, ensuring specifications align with customer requirements and Westburne standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices for order entry through internal AS400 software.
  • Expedite quotations and follow up on customer requests.
  • Promote Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining technical expertise and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow knowledge base.
  • Explore new customer opportunities and serve as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships through effective communication.
