As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a five‑person inside sales/order desk team within a busy lighting and electrical distribution company. You will provide leadership, hands‑on support, and technical expertise to drive performance, streamline communication, and strengthen the bridge between inside and outside sales. This position includes a salary of $90,000–$110,000.

20% – Hands‑on (counter/customer support, calls, or training)
