Position Overview

We’re looking for a sales-focussed, customer-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Product Support Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving parts solutions sales across a high-volume customer base of 150–300+ clients, generating aprox $3M in annual revenue. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers seeking expert guidance on parts and service solutions—especially in areas like undercarriage, machine rebuilds, component options and digital platforms such as parts.cat.com and Cat Central.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do
  • Build strong relationshipswith your assignedowner-operators and growing contractors—ourRetail and Small Corecustomer segments—by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored parts and service solutions.

  • Engage customers proactivelyto understand their needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate Finning’s value.

  • Leverage digital toolsand data sources to identify opportunities and open the door to serving the customer.

  • Develop strategic call plansand account strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales performance.

  • Maintain accurate recordsof customer interactions, equipment population, and opportunities using Saleslink.

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith product support, equipment sales, and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • The majority of your work day will be spent in your local facility or in front of customers, with an opportunity for a flexible work arrangement.

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn skills likeundercarriage measuring.
