About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager – Enterprise, you will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to maximize growth within designated large accounts. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in supply chain solutions, e‑commerce, and software entitlements, while the Enterprise AE manages senior‑level relationships and datacenter/services portfolio opportunities.

This role combines proactive sales execution with operational account management to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue expansion across Insight’s full technology portfolio.

  • Partner with Enterprise AE to execute account strategies for assigned large accounts, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives in supply chain, e‑commerce, and software entitlement acquisition.
  • Proactively engage with key contacts within client organizations to uncover new lines of business and incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Manage day‑to‑day client interactions for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow‑up, order accuracy, and SLA compliance.

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4–6 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in an inside sales or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and supply chain/e‑commerce solutions.
