Compensation Range: $30.87 - $36.13/ hour
ErinoakKids is currently seeking an experienced Infant Hearing Screener to join the Infant Hearing Program (IHP). This individual will be primarily responsible for newborn hearing screenings while reporting to a Clinical Services Supervisor. As an Infant Hearing Screener, there are requirements to travel between ErinoakKids andTrillium Health Partner- CVH site and occasional travel to community clinics.
Infant Hearing Screeners are required to provide counseling to parents/caregivers regarding the results of screening and follow-up procedures, where necessary. They will distribute appropriate written materials to parents/caregivers; and maintain proper documentation and health and safety practices as outlined by Erinoakkids and the IHP. Other responsibilities are administrative support at early identification clinics in the community.
