Multiple Openings $41.60 / hr + $3, Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks and diagnose issues with industrial equipment following safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical machinery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly related to performance and safety.
- Identify and resolve problems with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Complete administrative duties such as obtaining permits, ordering parts, and finishing work orders.
Qualifications :
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- Ontario or Inter-Provincial A Millwright Certificate (Full License)
- Physically capable of tasks like bending / stooping, lifting at least 50lbs, climbing ladders, and operating valves.
- Proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability for overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays with advance notice.
Preferred :
- Able to work in various environments with appropriate protective gear.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Experience in food production or packaging.
- Familiarity with CFIA requirements for food manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of production-related experience.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights above 4 feet.
- Capable of operating industrial machinery with or without accommodations.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of industrial millwright experience.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to handle physical job demands and communicate effectively in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays.
