Experience: 2+ years; primary background as a nurse practitioner preferred
Education: Minimum post-secondary degree/diploma in nursing or similar with a focus on clinical practice and integration in healthcare facilities

The Implementation Specialist is the bridge between our cutting‑edge technology—the ALTA Platform— and the healthcare professionals who use it. You will lead on‑site training, build relationships with clinical teams and ensure our devices become a natural part of daily care routines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education and human connection.
This role is based in St. John’s, with frequent local and regional travel to healthcare facilities. You will be the face of Able Innovations in your territory, with support from our Toronto HQ.
Individuals with current contractual work as nurses, porters or relevant healthcare roles, who are interested in gaining management experience on the side, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
