• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings.
• 2 years post BBS licensure.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full regulatory compliance by Mental Health Clinicians.
• Provide individual and group supervision for clinicians.
• Collaborate with QA and Compliance Team to ensure documentation compliance.
• Work with department supervisors to enhance communication.
• Monitor and ensure program adherence to governing bodies.
