HYBRID Business Analyst for M365, Power BI, and Azure cloud initiatives - (#2026PQVQ-04) - Sept 30 - 2

S.i. Systems public health care client is seeking a HYBRID Business Analyst for M365, Power BI, and Azure cloud initiatives and will understand, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into design and functional specifications. - (#2026PQVQ-04)

This role will report to the Manager of Business Analysis and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into design and functional specifications. The Business Analyst is expected to support the Project Manager on a large, enterprise-scale initiative, while actively contributing to the analysis, design, and communication of complex processes and workflows.

HYBRID – 2 – 3 days / week onsite in downtown Vancouver office

Contract – approx. 6 months. Starting in late October – March 31, 2026 (fiscal year end). Possible contract renewal.

Full time hours – 37.5 hours / week

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with one or more the following technologies considered an asset:
  • OnePlan, Microsoft DevOps, Power BI
  • Microsoft 365 deployments / Azure Cloud migrations
  • More than 5 years’ of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution definition & evaluation, writing reports and briefing documents & creating project documents and artifacts
  • Experience leading stakeholder sessions/workshops with audience at a Director level and above
  • Experience as the single point of contact for business, clients or customers for new products, systems or enhancements to existing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certification or training in Agile or SCRUM considered an asset

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Business Analysis-related certification such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or equivalent are considered an asset
  • ITIL Foundation Version 4.0 (or 3.0) Certification considered an asset
