HVAC Service Manager | $100,000 - $150,000 annually


We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our commercial & light industrial service department.

Job Title: HVAC Service Manager


Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, total compensation including profitability bonuses


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time


Location: Saskatoon, SK

Essential Job duties:



  • Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service department

  • Promote a positive workplace culture

  • Providing leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performance

  • Quality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)

  • Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needs

  • Scheduling for service & maintenance

  • Manage service projects and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.

  • Working with the management team regarding profitability and P&L

  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations

  • Ensure completion of job tickets

  • Fostering excellent relationships and communication with customers and resolving issues

  • Provide quotes for repairs or installations of HVAC systems


Job Requirements:



  • 5 + years of formal management experience

  • Continues improvement mindset

  • P&L experience

  • Direct experience working with customers and problem-solving

  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral

  • Experience using modern technology

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Customer Database experience

  • QuickBooks

  • HVAC industry experience desired but not required

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher education in Engineer, Business Administration or similar vocation desired

  • Valid driver\'s license and insurable driving record
