Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC compressors and/or A/C line design/development.
• Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R).
• Basic thermodynamics knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate automotive HVAC compressor and A/C lines.
• Coordinate development with functional areas like powertrain, BIW, and suppliers.
• Write source packages, specifications, and requirements.
• Support component bench testing, simulation, and data analysis.
• Lead virtual team for CFD and FEA analysis.
• Support pilot and pre-production build process at assembly plant.
