Job summary

A staffing company in York Region, Markham is looking for an experienced candidate to administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. The role involves identifying staffing needs and providing employment recommendations, along with recruitment tasks such as screening applicants and coordinating interviews.   • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.

  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
