The candidate will oversee the full cycle of recruitment, ensure compliance with policies, and assist with payroll and benefits. With a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of HR experience in a high-volume environment, strong communication skills are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships and contribute to organizational success.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
