As HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both the production output and R&D programmes, embedding Pulpex’s values and ensuring you meet their ambitious goals. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams, acting as both a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Administer HR systems, records, and benefits with strict GDPR compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, communication of policies, and training initiatives.
  • Support operational delivery by aligning HR with production and R&D objectives.
  • Champion Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in implementing a new HR platform to support business growth.
