Job description

Yew Kee Group is an established homegrown brand with a track record of more than 30 years in the business of food and beverage (F&B) operations. The Group’s origins can be traced back to the 1950s to 1960s when the father of the Group’s founder commenced operations of a pushcart selling braised duck in Nee Soon. Today, the Group owns and operates a diverse portfolio of non‑Halal and Halal brands namely Yew Kee Duck Rice (友記家傳鴨飯), CHICHA San Chen吃茶三千 (Singapore), XO Minced Meat Noodles, My Kampung Chicken Rice, PastaGo, Victoria Bakery as well as My Kampung and Fine Food food courts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions.
  • Proper maintenance of personal information in P-File and Payroll system.
  • Payroll processing using Payroll system and generate all relevant reports.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation.
  • Liaise with government agencies when necessary.
  • Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline.
  • Off‑boarding – manage employee exit / resignation process including conducting exit interview.
  • Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Actively advertise job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Hands‑on knowledge in using Microsoft Excel & Words.
  • Knowledge of full spectrum HR & administrative functions in F&B Industries is advantage.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • O’Level & Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR and administrative function – 5 years of working experience.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients.
  • Willing to learn and adapt faster.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and efficient in time management.
  • Able to work independently.
