Responsibilities

• Call potential host families from a database.
• Arrange suitable visit times with potential hosts.
• Visit new families applying to host EF students.
• Check the home is comfortable & suitable.
• Assist new families with application forms.
• Report back to the accommodation team.
• Arrange visits based on own schedule.
• Update host family profiles in the database.

Responsibilities include

• Calls potential host families from database of enquiries
• Arranges suitable times to visit with potential host families
• Visits new families applying to host EF students
• Checks that the home is comfortable & suitable
• Helps the new family fill in application form, other relevant paperwork
• Reports back to the EF accommodation team about the visit
• Arrange visits to your own schedule
• Updates host family profiles in database, post-visit
