Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience in healthcare or similar institutions.
• Experience managing boilers, chillers, and Central Utility Plant equipment.
• Must be Fully Vaccinated and able to provide proof.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility equipment and systems regularly for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors for maintenance and repairs.
