  • Inspecting the performance of trucks, cranes, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment.
  • Using computerized testing equipment to diagnose flaws.
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of machine attachments such as winches, blades, and side booms.
  • When necessary, perform significant repair work.
  • Notifying management of damaged or faulty equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • To determine the repair required, use computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose defects or malfunctions.
  • Adjust the equipment and repair or replace any broken parts.
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and that work meets manufacturer specifications.
  • Work on heavy trucks to repair them.
  • Working tools and service attachments.
