A global commercial real estate leader seeks a Head of Projects in Toronto to lead project delivery, develop talent, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 8-12 years of experience, and strong leadership skills. As Head of Projects you would be responsible for delivering projects within a Business Units (BU), whilst leading and developing your team in the safe delivery of projects in a principal delivery model.
The role is responsible for creating a sales pipeline to generate revenue for the BU, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the financial boundaries and profit margins set by the business, therefore building external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver projects is vital.
Ensuring all projects follow commercial agreements/ contracts, comply with statutory regulations, meet QHSE requirements, and adhere to technical industry standards is essential.
