About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing infrastructure enablers and developer‑centric products within enterprise and technical ecosystems. This role requires a unique combination of out‑of‑the‑box thinking, innovation, technical expertise, strategic acumen, and operational execution. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include increasing visibility among enterprise decision‑makers and growing developer adoption through effective marketing campaigns, content strategies, SEO optimization, social media, media interviews, and community engagement. As a member of the team, this role will manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure that marketing efforts drive revenue growth, brand recognition, and technology adoption by enterprises and developers alike.

Responsibilities
  • 5+ years in marketing leadership with a strong track record in developer‑centric and enterprise IT marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing infrastructure solutions such as VMware, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies for both enterprise audiences and technical communities.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and building high‑performing internal teams.
  • Familiarity with hybrid edge cloud, AI/ML platforms, developer tools (SDKs, APIs, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of developer engagement tactics, including open‑source marketing.
