Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in golf operations, preferably within a private club.
• Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and deliver exceptional member service.
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of golf operations, member programming, instruction, merchandise, and staff leadership.
• Manage pro shop merchandising, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute member tournaments, leagues, and special events.
