Starting Rate of Pay: $19.54/hr CAD

Job Description
  • Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
  • Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
  • Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Maintain Company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
  • Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times
Qualifications
  • Related work experience in the hospitality/Front office asset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Previous Property Manager experience asset
  • Microsoft applications experience required
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
