Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be working with our Guest Services team to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will be working a rotating schedule and are often the first point of contact for all hotel, conference and/or restaurant guests. Daily responsibilities include answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation and the local area; taking payment and verifying credit authorizations; responding to special guest requests; and championing guest service programs.
