Job Summary:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for the organization's current and future hiring needs. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and assessing top‑tier active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified talent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative, multi‑channel sourcing strategies to find and attract qualified candidates for various roles, especially hard‑to‑fill and specialized positions;
  • Identify & engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events while promoting the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP);
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with potential candidates to create a consistent talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre‑screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to the Talent Advisors;
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors to understand job requirements and team needs and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback;
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., source of hire, time‑to‑fill, candidate conversion rates) to ensure data integrity and drive continuous process improvement;
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or a similar Talent Acquisition role;
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms;
  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (LinkedIn Recruiter);
  • Ability to use data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions and measure success;
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple reqs in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment;
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and execution.
