Job description

We're seeking energetic group trainers with excellent character and a passion for learning to join our dynamic team at F45. This role offers potential fast-track to leadership and involves delivering high-intensity, team-based workouts in a fun, collaborative environment.

THE POSITION

We need skilled fitness trainers to lead and execute high-quality, high-intensity training sessions at our studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through structured workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, supporting membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide regressions/progressions as needed
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or demonstrated ability
• Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong communication, energetic, attentive, and caring
• Understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent customer service and public speaking skills
• Active on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
