Overview

Location: Mississauga, ON (Dixie/401)

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday 11:00pm-7:30am

We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Production Associate to join one of ABL Employment’s trusted clients in the Mississauga area. This company has been a leader in the garage door and entry door industry for over 40 years, specializing in innovative product design, manufacturing, and quality service.

Pay & Benefits

• – $21.50/hour + weekly pay every Friday
• – Benefits available after probationary period

Job Duties

• Unpack newly manufactured window frames and place them on the work table
• Operate an automated gluing machine by pressing the start button (training provided – no robotics experience needed!)
• Monitor the process to ensure glue is applied correctly and resolve minor issues if they occur
• Package completed frames and store them in the warehouse

Requirements

• VERY detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Comfortable occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for full training provided onsite
