Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive availability to travel, particularly during Q1.
  • Valid passport to travel to the USA.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event setup.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of key events.
  • Manage multiple event-related projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for seamless event execution.
  • Support budget planning and monitor project timelines.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting.
