What You Will Do:

• Manage daily branch operations in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Lead, train, and supervise sales teams and warehouse activities such as shipping, receiving, inventory, and handling
• Ensure high-quality service levels are maintained daily
• Develop and manage key business relationships
• Identify new product and business opportunities based on customer needs
• Plan and organize the branch to meet sales, profit, and company goals
• Create and maintain strategic alliances with suppliers
• Manage weekly work schedules and labor costs
