Principal Accountabilities

  1. Execute day-to-day activities including but not limited to cutting, packaging, picking, sorting, & moving product
  2. Ensure that production outcomes and quality fulfill customer specifications
  3. Ability to work in a cold environment (0-4 Celsius)
  4. Weight handling from 20 lbs up to 60 lbs
  5. Comfortable working with raw meat; Beef, Pork & Chicken
  6. Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 or 10 hours and complete physically repetitive labor in a fast-paced environment
  7. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  8. Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food processing production experience
