The Role

As a Frontend Developer at Capco,you’lldesign and build modern, responsive user interfaces for Wealth & Asset Management platforms.You’llwork closely with backend engineers, product partners, and designers to deliver accessible, performant solutions that translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, applying strong data structures and algorithmic thinking
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams alongside Product, QA, UAT, and backend development partners
• Contribute to testing, quality, and performance using tools such asVitestand modern build pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend architecture
• Experience working with APIs, SQL fundamentals, and Unix/Linux environments
• Familiarity with frontend tooling and IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Vite or similar modern frontend build tools
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Java and Spring Framework
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.GitHub Copilot)
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Background in Wealth & Asset Management or broader financial services
