Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures.
• Operate Customer Service Desk for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns.
• Maintain Front End Department merchandise.
• Participate in the training of junior staff.
• Support additional departments with other duties.
