Job Description
  • Welcoming guest in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservation (Making/Canceling/Changing).
  • Check in and check out guests.
  • Balancing cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Address guest requests and complaints.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Anticipate guests needs.
  • Other duties as requested by the management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles for handling cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computerized reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
  • Hospitality or front desk certification may be advantageous.

  • Manual dexterity to operate computer systems and other office equipment.
