An innovative energy company in Ontario is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to develop and monitor financial strategies and support business planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience with financial management systems. Education level: 4-year university degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study

Through application of expertise as a professional FP&A Analyst with in-depth and wide-ranging knowledge of financial management systems, programs, and practices: Develops, recommends, and monitors the adherence to financial strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of financial systems and procedures. Provides leadership to management in the specialized area of financial management and resolves implementation and technical issues independently. Provides support to the manager in discharging due diligence through a professional challenge role within the business. Provides advice and guidance to line management through exercising professional and independent financial judgment.
