Qualifications

• Must have sailed as 4th Engineer on motor ships.
• Advanced First Aid an asset.
• Reliable mode of transportation & valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Fluent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control the ship engine and propulsion systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on systems.
• Conduct safety drills and maintain equipment.
• Monitor vessel's machinery continually.
• Diagnose and implement solutions for issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance and fuel consumption.
• Oversee waste disposal and environmental compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and manage crises.
