Food Service Supervisor (LMIA and PNP Support Available)

Location: Surrey (In Person) • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Base pay range: CA$18.50 / hr - CA$20.00 / hr

About the Role: We are hiring a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for a fast-food restaurant in Surrey. The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide staff; schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations; provide guidance and performance feedback; ensure prompt and friendly service; handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation; enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability; streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training for employees; promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain reports, including production and quality metrics.
  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Morning); Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • For candidates inside Canada: Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • For candidates outside Canada: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry and must be Francophone (fluent in both French and English)
  • English proficiency with CLB 6 minimum
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in food service technology and software
  • Salary: CA$18.50 to CA$20.00 per hour
