A major arts organization in Toronto is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead operations during events. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver excellent service. Requirements include certifications in responsible alcohol service and food handling, along with supervisory experience in food service operations. This role involves a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
TO Live is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join the Patron and Event Services team on a part-time basis. The Food & Beverage Duty Manager is a key leadership role within TO Live’s Food & Beverage operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Food & Beverage (or their designate), this position oversees day-to-day bar, concession, and event operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and service standards. The Duty Manager provides hands-on leadership for frontline teams, supports event execution, and helps deliver a seamless and professional patron experience.
