A community service organization in Penticton is seeking a dedicated Food Bank Support Staff member. Responsibilities include organizing warehouse items, ensuring food safety, and scheduling deliveries. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a valid Class 5 driver license, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The salary range for this position is between $17.85 and $22.29 per hour based on experience.

Working Conditions
Driving delivery vehicle to pick up food throughout the city; lifting up to 50 lbs at shoulder level often; pushing and pulling of food on pallet jack. Some truck driving and forklift operation. Represents The Salvation Army during pick up and drop off.

The target hiring range for this position is $17.85 to $18.58 with a maximum of $22.29. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
