Qualifications

• Health Care Aide Certificate or Equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months.
• Proof of a negative TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their home.
• Support clients to be safe and independent in community settings.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions.
