About the Role

We’re looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team and oversee the upkeep, performance, and presentation of our national fleet. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and brand-perfect—keeping Clutch on the road and looking sharp. You’ll work closely with field operations, vendors, and leadership to coordinate preventative maintenance, track repairs, and plan for future fleet growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure Fleet Readiness: Monitor and maintain the operational health of our entire fleet across Canada, ensuring vehicles are always in safe, road-ready condition.
  • Preventative Maintenance Coordination: Plan and schedule regular maintenance in partnership with field operations and third-party vendors to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Vendor Management: Hold maintenance providers accountable for quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Cost Control: Track and manage maintenance budgets, reviewing invoices and identifying opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all vehicles meet provincial safety and regulatory requirements, including inspections, licensing, and environmental standards.
  • Fleet Aesthetics & Brand Standards: Maintain the appearance of our branded wrapped flatbeds, ensuring they represent Clutch’s image as moving billboards.
  • Fleet Expansion Support: Assist in planning and procurement for new fleet vehicles, including vendor selection and onboarding.
  • Maintenance Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all maintenance performed in internal systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot urgent maintenance or operational issues, coordinating rapid solutions to keep the fleet moving.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to maintenance workflows, vendor relationships, and cost efficiency.
All About You
  • 3–4 years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination, operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices and regulatory requirements for commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven vendor management skills, with the ability to enforce performance and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient with maintenance tracking software and tools (experience with Google Sheets, Slack, and fleet management software is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience managing branded fleets or vehicle wrap maintenance.
