Fleet Business Development Manager Wonder Auto & Tire

Do you thrive on building relationships, winning new business and making a big impact Wonder Auto & Tire, part of Shift Auto Group Atlantic Canada's fastest-growing independent auto service company with several locations across NB and NS is looking for a Fleet Business Development Manager to lead our fleet business growth.

The Opportunity
We are positioned to be able to dramatically increase the volume of fleet business that we do at our soon-to-be 13 locations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and over 100 service bays. That’s where you come in! You will take the lead in identifying businesses with fleets of 5 to 100 vehicles, building strong partnerships and demonstrating why Wonder Auto & Tire is the top choice for keeping their vehicles running smoothly and reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and secure fleet accounts across the Maritime Provinces.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with fleet managers, business owners and government/utility operators.
• Build and manage relationships with both new and used car dealerships as Wonder Auto not only specializes in fleet services but also in used car reconditioning services for auto dealers saving them both time and money.
• Monitor fleet account performance ensuring service level agreements and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Present service solutions that save clients money and reduce downtime including our proprietary service video updates health checks and fleet reporting dashboard.
• Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth onboarding with our service teams.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers and Branch Managers across all locations to deliver timely high-quality service for fleet accounts.
• Represent Wonder Auto & Tire at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote our fleet services.
• Travel regularly to client sites and branches to support service delivery and ensure consistent execution of our fleet programs.
