Job description

Compensation Range : Total annual compensation varies depending on experience and performance. The average range for our Fitness Managers is $60,000 - $90,000 per annum.

Job Summary : As a Fitness Manager with Fitness World, you will have a dynamic role with two primary responsibilities: ensuring clients achieve their health and fitness goals through our holistic approach, products, and services; and supporting a team of personal trainers in building their clientele. You will accomplish this by building strong relationships with team members, personal training clients, and the member base. Leading through action and influence, demonstrating the systems, processes, and behaviors required for success. Motivating others to grow and develop through education and personal development. Contributing to the Fitness World culture and reflecting our core values: fun, passionate, inclusive, and teamwork.

Our compensation includes earnings potential that rewards your effort, such as a competitive base pay, commissions for personal training and supplement sales, and bonuses for club revenue (uncapped). Top-performing Fitness Managers can earn over $100,000 in total annual compensation. Compensation for personal trainers varies across four levels based on education, experience, and service. Benefits include group dental, extended health, and travel insurance. Complimentary membership and discounted personal training are available for you and one guest.

Education & Experience :

• Active personal trainer and first aid certification
• At least three years of experience as a personal trainer
• Leadership and/or management experience is preferred
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing new personal trainers
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Motivated self-starter and team player
