Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key business decisions. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving financial processes.

Job Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid)  |  Location: Mississauga, ON  |  Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Support budgeting and variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and identify trends.
  • Assist in cash flow analysis and capital planning.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify cost efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Support the integration of business intelligence, automation, and data analytics tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and financial software (SAP Business One experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
