The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level. The Bell Media Advertising Revenue team delivers consolidated advertising sales reporting and analysis across industry verticals. The successful candidate will support the Bell Media sales team and play a key role in managing sales targets by industry segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead prime for creating, tracking, and reporting sales targets by vertical industry structure. Each sales team typically includes approximately 50 sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to sales teams organized by vertical, including preparing insights and data to facilitate weekly sales calls.
  • Spearhead the implementation of a new financial tracking system to monitor sales targets and projections.
  • Deliver analytical and business intelligence support across specialized industry segments, including advertising and industry trend analysis.
  • Offer additional support as needed, such as reviewing contracts and assisting the sales and billing teams in operationalizing new initiatives and agreements.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of financial experience
  • Strong data manipulation and data mining skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
  • Strong leadership and communication/presentation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Autonomous and disciplined self-starter who can work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a sales organization – including target setting, sales forecasting, sales compensation
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Excel, SQL, Sales Force, Anaplan
  • Good understanding of the broadcasting/media industry
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
