THE TEAM

The mission of the Finance Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day‑to‑day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Finance Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of Finance‑led and cross‑functional initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in defining, maintaining, and upholding the standards of operational excellence of Finance‑related initiatives and projects, leading the transformation of Finance functions to enable business scalability. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager / Manager, Finance Integration, Finance Projects, you will lead the team to:

  • Implement business needs into the cross‑functional initiatives that impact the Finance Division
  • Ensure implemented initiatives existing lifecycles and processes, identifying optimization opportunities that enable scalability
  • Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the Finance Division and represent Finance's interests cross‑functionally
  • Connect and organize the Division with business‑driven, simple, and relevant information
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Provide functional support as required, focusing on the tools and technology for consolidated payment integration
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager / Manager, Finance Integration, Finance Projects, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Software implementations
    • Accounting or Sales Audit background
    • CPA designation is an asset
    • Project Management experience and/or designation is an asset
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
