Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of work vehicle and site
• Work independently and in teams across various settings

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in industrial or commercial install / service roles
• Experience in welding, electro-mechanical, carpentry, or similar fields preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic areas
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Comfort working at heights, using ladders and lifts
• Valid driver’s license; Class 3 or specialized licenses earn a pay premium
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; bilingual in English and French is an asset but not mandatory
