Job description

The Field & ABM Marketing Manager, Canada is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives that align with sales goals, developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated campaigns. The role focuses on engaging priority accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting sales enablement through strategic partnership and effective communication.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute targeted ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to engage priority new business accounts, moving them through the funnel with personalized, multi-touch campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances) to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events.
  • Plan and host high-impact regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts.
  • Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops, and advocate for sales needs and keep stakeholders informed on marketing priorities.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and track campaigns independently.
We’re looking for someone with
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM, proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred to support regional engagement across Canada.
  • Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel (~20–25%).

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is C$70,000 to C$215,000 and this position will also be commission eligible. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
