Position Overview

As a student, you will support the Vancouver Area Financing teams with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with client requests.
  • Assisting account managers with loan origination activities, including Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.
  • Supporting prospecting efforts and business development initiatives.
  • Contributing to marketing activities by helping organize events, campaigns, and communications, and providing on-site logistical support.
  • Providing on-site premise support.
  • You will be required to work in one of our offices located in Burnaby, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, or downtown Vancouver.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • A foundational understanding of financial products and concepts—including interest rates, mortgages, commercial lending, financial statements, and financial statement analysis—is considered an asset.
  • You must have completed at least one year in a post-secondary program and be currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as economics, business, or finance.
