Job summary

A property management company based in Ottawa is seeking a Building Operator to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, technical proficiency, and the ability to respond to emergencies. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications, is required. This position offers hourly pay between $25.50 and $30.00 CAD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word are required.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations.
